Healthy apple & pink grapefruit juice

Makes 1 liter of juice  |  15min  |  Easy

It's flu season again and what better way to prevent getting sick than by drinking healthy vitamin filled juices. As a bonus they're super fun to make! Well, sort of, eating chocolate is objectively more fun, but you know what I mean.

Juices are a perfect thing to make when you've forgotten to use a big bunch of your fruits and they run the risk of rotting (throwing away fruit is, of course, never an option), since you need a lot of fruit to make enough juice to serve more than one person. But if that's the only drawback of making your own juice, then that's definitely something we can live with.

And I guarantee that you can too. Because making your own juice is one of the great joys of life -- it tastes so much better than any store-bought juice you can find and it's so much fun to make!

Oh, I mentioned that already didn't I? Well, it's just so much fun that you have to state that fact at least twice.

By the way, you don't need a fancy juicer or anything to make juice, owning a citrus press and a blender is enough. So enough with the excuses, time to make juice!

We strongly believe in staying healthy by eating good, varying and wholesome food. So stop buying vitamins in pill form and just make sure to vary your food intake sufficiently.

If you feel that you don't eat enough fruit, adding a homemade juice to your weekly food plan is a great place to start!
