Blueberry breakfast smoothie

Smoothies are the best. Easy to make, colourful, and there are a ridiculous amount of different combinations you can try.

This is a basic and easy recipe for a breakfast smoothie we love and drink quite often. Just make sure you're not wearing anything white when you make it (I've managed to ruin a fair few white t-shirts making this -Anton).

You can of course use fresh blueberries if you want, but we prefer frozen berries since it cools everything down and gives the smoothie a really fresh and cold feel - which makes it a perfect for a hot summer morning out on the balcony (damn, I wish we had a balcony for things like this).

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 dl soyghurt

  • 2 dl frozen blueberries

  • 2 dl oatmilk

  • 1 dl flaxseeds (ground)

  • a handful of mint leaves

  1. Throw everything into a blender, save a few mint leaves for garnish (you can also use a stick mixer, like we do) 
  2. Mix until even
  3. Pour into two glasses and garnish with some mint leaves
  4. Enjoy!
