Quick and easy apple snack

If there is one thing we can all agree on that is great and good for human kind it's snacking. And if you can find something that's easy to make and healthy then, well, what are you waiting for? Get to it, make it and eat it!

We've really been spoiled this autumn with a lot of apples, I'm guessing we've gotten about 15 kg of them in total. (Thank you Hedda and Markus!).

That's a lot of apples.

But that hasn't stopped us, instead it has really gotten our creative minds working on what to do with all of them before they rot. 

As you might have noticed on instagram we've made a lot already, and you will see a few more apple recipes on the blog in the future. This isn't even really a recipe, more like a suggestion of what to do if you happen to have a lot of apples and want to make something quick and easy, yet really good, out of them.

But it's also a recommendation, because this simple recipe is ridiculously tasty!

  • 5-7 medium sized apples

  • Cinnamon

  1. Turn your oven on to 200°C
  2. Chop your apples into either wedges or round slices (but be sure to make them roughly the same size so they don't burn too easily)
  3. Place them evenly on a baking tray and sprinkle some (Anton: A lot of!) cinnamon on top of them
  4. Bake for 30 minutes
  5. Let them cool for a few minutes and devour immediately or keep them in the fridge until your next snack break
