Fills two 0,33 cl bottles | 2 minutes | Childishly easy
I'm here to tell you that It's okay to crave chocolate milk even if you are 29 years old.
All week I've been thinking about chocolate milk, ever since we bought some really beautiful bottles from Leilas kitchen. The problem with chocolate milk is that it has to be sweet, because that's how we're used to taste it and honestly I don't think anyone would enjoy it without the sweetness.
All week I've been trying to figure out how to make it sweet without adding stevia or sugar. I thought of everything from dates to honey, and then Anton suggested a banana and I immediately felt really stupid.
So please, go ahead and try it. It will take you about two minutes and make you feel like a kid again! Speaking of feeling like a kid, isn't fun to feel like a child sometimes? Play, run, sing and dance. If you haven't done any of that in a while then I urge you to do it, then you can have your chocolate milk as a treat.
And maybe a biscuit to go with it.
500 ml of plant milk
half a banana
1 tbsp of unsweetened chocolate powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
- Mix everything with a blender until smooth
- Pour into a glass, enjoy!
